摘要
超弹性材料可以承受十分大的弹性变形,为了提高材料强度,可以采用刚性颗粒填充的方法。而有限元方法在处理颗粒填充复合材料大变形问题时网格畸变严重,甚至会导致计算中止,为了使计算进行下去,需要进行网格重划。本文是利用有限元软件ANSYS中的网格重剖分功能,通过对畸变的网格进行重新划分后继续计算,最终获得大变形结果。
Super-elastic material can withstand very large elastic deformation, to improve the strength of materials, it could take the rigid particle-filled method. Due to dealing with the problems of large deformation, the finite element grids may distort seriously, even lead to suspension of the calculation, in order to continue calculating, it’s needed to re-mesh these grids. This paper use part of the re-mesh functions of the finite element software ANSYS by re-meshing the distorted grids to keep on calculating, and finally obtain the results of the large deformation.
