摘要
本文对固体材料的破坏和强度理论进行了概述。为解决煤层气水力压裂生产施工中煤岩力学性质的测试问题,作者提出了应用简易、精确的变角剪切压模试验方法来绘制Mohr强度理论的极限包络线。本文还结合试验实例得到了采用最小二乘法拟合直线包络线的方法,能较为理想地反映煤岩水力压裂时材料破坏断裂的强度数值。这种结论也为科研组的大量试验结果所证实。
This article addreses the failure of material and introduces the relative strength theory.The authors suggest to use the easy and accurative way of shear test with variable angle for pressure punch,in order to draw the envelope of ultimate stress cirle for Mohr’s strength theory,because of solving the problem for mechanical properties of coal rock in the production. According to the laboratoria digital data,for example,they apply the least square method for analog of liner function,then this article also gets the value of failure of strength by normal and shear stress of coal rock in good idea.As a result of this method has been proved by their scientific research group under a lot of tests.
