摘要
高炉炉顶刚架是复杂的空间不规则结构,本文通过吸收现役炉顶刚架的设计成果,在武钢2#高炉大修改造工程炉顶刚架的设计过程中,重点考虑结构布置,利用力学理论和空间有限元软件SAP2000分析了多种结构布置措施,得出了各项指标控制情况均较好的结构方案,为今后类似工程的分析和设计提供了参考。
BLAST FURNACE Top Frame belongs to complicated spatial irregular structure. In this paper, fore design works are studied, BLAST FURNACE Top Frame for 2# BLAST FURNACE of WISCO is designed, structure layout is considered as a key factor, mechanics theory and spatial FEM software SAP2000 are employed to analyze several details of structure layout, and obtain a scheme that deformation is controlled. It provides a reference for analyzing and designing of similar projects.
