振动法测量材料弹性模量与阻尼比 被引量:8

MEASUREMENT OF ELASTIC MODULUS AND DAMPING RATIO BY VIBRATION METHOD

摘要 本文采用悬臂梁方式,利用测定其固有频率的振动方法测量了两种不同的材料:合金和玻璃钢试样的动态弹性模量E动和阻尼比ξ,同时利用传统的测试方法测量了合金和玻璃钢试样的静态弹性模量,验证了振动测试方法的可行性和准确性。振动法测量只用1枚应变片,不考虑温度补偿。测试结果表明,动、静态弹性模量基本一致,振动测试方法快速、简便、重复性好。 Based on the cantilever beams, vibration method of testing the natural frequency was applied to measure the dynamic elastic modulus and the damping ratios of two materials: alloy steel and glass fiber reinforced plastics. The feasibility and the accuracy of such a method were validated by measuring the static modulus of the two materials. Only one strain gauge was used in the dynamic measurement, and the temperature compensation was not considered. The results revealed that the dynamic elastic modulus and static elastic modulus are basically identical, moreover, the dynamic method is rapid, simple and has good repetitiveness.
