摘要
武钢三炼钢欲在250t转炉的氧枪系统上安装氧枪刮渣器,该刮渣器对氧枪系统钢丝绳的强度、氧枪轨道的强度及氧枪轨道与底座的连接销轴的强度影响如何,均是急需了解的问题。本文根据工程实际参数建立模型、分析钢厂改造安装氧枪刮渣器的可行性。
No.3 steel plant of WISCO intend to install a slag scraper for oxygen lance of 250 t converter. Influences of this slag scraper on the strength of steel wire rope of oxygen lance, strength of railway of oxygen lance, strength between lance railway and connecting pin are the most urgent issues to be understood. This thesis is mainly analyzing the possibility of installation of the slag scraper and establishing model based on actual parameters of the project.
