摘要
厦蓉高速赣县禾坪高架桥地形复杂,T梁预制时间长,采用横向架梁技术进行安装。本文介绍了横向架梁施工工艺。通过验算横向轨道梁力学特性,计算纵向架梁桁架受力,确定施工所需主要设备数量。将横向架梁施工工艺与传统纵向架梁施工工艺进行经济技术比较证明,横向架梁施工工艺可降低施工费用,缩短施工工期,可为山区桥梁施工带来较好的经济效益和社会效益。
There are some difficulties in construction of Ganxian bridge of Xia-Rong highway,such as complex terrain and long prefabricate period.Transverse beam erection technology is adopted in the project.Firstly,construction technology about transverse beam erection is introduced in this paper.By calculation of mechanical properties about transverse beam and longitudinal truss for beam erection,quantities of main construction machines are decided. Compared with traditional longitudinal beam erection,transverse beam erection technology can reduce cost,construction period.So,good economical and social effect can be gained in bridges constructed at mountain area.
