摘要
结合福建邵三高速公路南平段K21+921.5~K22+060左边坡锚杆加固工程,根据不同的锚固地层、锚固型号进行锚索(杆)基本试验。介绍了试验方案及试验锚杆施工工艺,并对试验数据进行整理和分析。试验结果证明了注浆量直接影响锚杆抗拔力,锚杆施工除重视施工工艺外,还要防止锚垫板周围大粗骨料的存在。本试验锚杆符合设计和规范要求。
Combining with reinforcing left slop with anchor in Shaosan Highway Nanping section(K21+921.5~K22+060) in Fujian province,basic tests are done according to different anchor soils and model.Test scheme and construction technology of anchor are introduced in this paper.Then tested data are arranged and analyzed.The results show that grouting volume can directly influence anti-pulling force of the anchor.Furthermore,large coarse aggregate should be prevented from anchor plate.The test anchor can match requirements in design and codes.
