摘要
通常,信号发生器的模拟调制准确度的校准采用测量接收机和调制度分析仪,对于超出测量接收机以及调制度分析仪频率上限的模拟调制准确度的校准,我们可以使用实验室内的频谱分析仪。比起早期的频谱分析仪,当今现代的频谱分析仪在信号的频率测量准确度和电平测量准确度特别是相对电平测量准确度方面都有了本质的提高。本文介绍了使用现代的频谱分析仪测量信号发生器的输出的模拟调幅和模拟调频(调相)准确度,并给出了计算公式和不确定评定。
Usually The standard instruments used to calibration the accuracy of analog modulation of signal generator are Measurement Receiver and Modulation Analyzer,but to the signal generator that its upper frequency is beyond the range of measurement receiver or modulation analyzer,we can use a spectrum analyzer owned in lab to do it,now modern spectrum analyzer has been made great enhancement in the measurement accuracy of frequency and level especially in the relative level measurement accuracy comparing to the early . This paper introduces the method to measure the accuracy of AM,FM,PM by using a modern spectrum analyzer,and the calculation formula and the evaluation of the measurement uncertainty are given too.
