摘要
汽车电子化程度的不断提高使汽车电控单元模块的复杂度进一步增加,针对传统检测方法已不能满足当前电控模块检测快速、高可靠性要求的问题,本文提出了一种基于CAN总线的车身控制模块测试系统设计方案。系统面向出厂前各节点模块的硬件接口,主、待测模块和上位PC间采用CAN总线通信,根据系统设计的逻辑关系描述,对待测模块进行快速测试,并可对故障信息进行分析和保存。实验结果表明,该测试系统能快速、准确的完成测试任务,节约成本、操作方便、自动化程度高,测试方法修改简单,可移植性强,具有较好的实际意义和应用前景。
Due to the fact that advances in automobile electronics has greatly complicated the control modules of motor vehicles,traditional methods of detection and determination on these modules become less applicable to achieve the goal of rapidity and reliability. The thesis represents a CAN-bus based scheme to construct effective electrical test system for control modules on motorcars. The hardware interfaces of every module,which should be ensured against failure before they leave the factory,are the focus of our scheme. So-called active modules on which there are chips and circuits for detection,passive modules to be tested and epistasy computer share information via CAN-bus. The electrical test system can complete the detection on passive modules according to their pre-designed logical relationship between the active modules,save and analyze the failure messages. Experiment results show that the proposed system with advantages of cost-effectiveness,simplicity of operation,high degree of automation and portability has certain important theoretic significance and application perspective.
