摘要
本文提出了一种基于机器视觉技术的密封橡胶圈产品缺陷的检测方法。利用中值滤波对图像进行去除噪声干扰,然后用canny算法进行边缘检测,并重点对凸点缺陷的边缘检测进行了研究,并由实验验证了本方法的有效性和可行性。
Based on machine vision technology,this paper presents a method to detect the defects of rubber ring. First,median filter is used to remove noise in images,and then canny algorithm is used for edge-detection,and lays special stress on researching a edge-detection method for convex dot defect. At last,The results of experiment verify the exactness of theoretics analysis.
