摘要
针对某机载航空数据传输设备的测试需求和LabWindows/CVI在开发虚拟仪器方面的优势,以及FPGA硬件可编程性、高度集成性、实时性的特点,在分析了该设备各板卡电路特性、接口通信协议的基础上,采用PXI总线以及SOPC技术构建该机载数传设备自动检测系统,以完成该设备机载工作环境的模拟并对设备的编解码模块、各级板卡模拟量和数字量的检测,从而达到了该数据传输设备板级故障自动检测的目的。通过测试,该系统具有速度快、可靠性高等优点。
To meet the need of the test of an airborne data transfer device,this paper presents the automatic test system of an airborne data transfer device,which is based on PXI bus and the technic of SOPC,for LabWindows/CVI has predominance in the aspect of developing virtual instrument and FPGA has the character of hardware programable、high integration、real time. In this system the airborne function environment of the device is simulated,the codec module、analog and digital of boards at all levels are tested,therefore,attaining the purpose of SRU automatic test of the airborne data transfer device. The testing results show that the system has the advantages of quick speed and high reliability.
