舆论监督的定义、性质、地位和作用;新闻侵权的背景、含义及主要类型;二者的相互关系;以及如何在行使舆论监督权利的同时规避新闻侵权的发生。
This paper discussed the following items: definition,nature,position and function of supervision by public opinion;background,production terms and meaning that the news infringes;main type that the news infringes;interreaction that supervision by public opinion and news infringe;how to evade the emergence that the news infringed while exercising right of supervision by public opinion;remedy after the news infringes the incident happens.
