摘要
虚拟装配的拟实性是影响该技术能否得到广泛应用的主要因素之一。基于物理属性的虚拟装配技术通过对物体的物理属性进行仿真和模拟,使得虚拟环境中的装配过程更接近于实际的装配过程。方法首先对基于物理属性的计算机仿真技术国内外研究现状进行了综述,在此基础上提出了基于物理属性的虚拟装配过程研究模型,给出了虚拟环境下零部件物理属性建模方法,并对虚拟环境中基于物理属性的装配过程仿真技术进行了阐速,最后结合实例对相关技术进行了初步验证。
The authenticity of Virtual Assembly is one of the most major factors which affect whether virtual assembly technology can be widely used or not.Physically based virtual assembly could factually simulate the actual assembly process through simulating the physical properties of objects.First,current research on physically based simulation technology is indicated,based on which a research model of physically based virtual assembly process and a method for physically modeling in virtual environment are specified,also,assembly process simulation technology based on physical properties is presented,and at last,primary validation of the relative technologies are given with instances.
