摘要
卧式车床是一种基础的机械加工设备,车床结构与传动原理是机械专业人员必须掌握的知识。但传统的机床教学模式大多是被动式的,基于虚拟现实技术的可视化机床仿真教学系统能为学生提供一种很好的主动式学习模式。提出了卧式车床虚拟操纵机构的运动仿真系统的创建方法—查表法。以主轴六级变速机构为例,介绍了其运动的仿真方法,并且在虚拟仿真软件Eon Studio5.0和Visual C++6.0实现了该机构的仿真。
Horizontal lathe is a kind of basic machining equipment,whose conformation and transmitting principle is a course that must be known by machine manufacturing Engineers.But traditional ways of machine tool teaching are passive usually,the visual lathe teaching simulate system based on virtual reality can give students a way of active studying.The simulation method named look-up table is proposed which is used in the controlling lever of the Horizontal lathe.At last,an example of shift struction simulation is given,and their building process is also introduced.Finally,the motion simulation is carried out with Eon Studio5.0 and Visual C++6.0.
