摘要
在飞机、船舶或其他重工企业中的大型复杂产品和工作地布局设计中,针对开发早期一般无实物原型的情况,利用虚拟现实和数字人建模技术设计并实现了一个用于复杂产品工效学测评的仿真系统。系统通过动作跟踪技术捕捉参试者的动作,控制三维虚拟现实环境中的数字人,根据数字人与其他物体发生的干涉实时向测试者提供多通道反馈,来保证动作仿真的真实程度并提高测试者的沉浸感和交互性。初步实验验证了系统的可行性。
In designing procedure of large-size products and workshop layout in aircraft,marine ship,and other heavy industries,designers usually do not have available physical mock-up in early stage of design.A virtual reality simulation system for human motion study and ergonomics evaluation of work design was designed and implemented with virtual reality and digital human modeling techniques.It tracks motion of participant with the motion tracking technique and controls a manikin in the virtual environment containing designed models.The system provides the participant with multimodal feedback based on realtime collision detection,in order to enhance participant's immersive senses and improve fidelity of the virtual environment.Primary experiments results demonstrated the feasibility of this system.
