摘要
上海地铁7号线浦江站—耀华站中间风道基坑工程位于地铁区间隧道的上方,坑底距隧道项的最小距离为9m。基坑开挖对该地铁区间隧道上浮影响的分析与计算成为该工程的关键。为此建立了该基坑工程的数值分析模型,对实际施工工况进行模拟,动态地分析了施工过程中开挖卸荷对地铁区间隧道上浮的影响,并对不同级别和不同施工步加固处理下隧道上浮进行了研究。计算结果表明,加固区最佳弹性模量为30MPa,拆除第一道支撑对坑底加固地铁区间隧道整体上浮最小,为最佳堆载时机。
The foundation pit between Pujiang and Yaohua stations of the metro line 7 in Shanghai is located above the metro tunnels.And the minimum distance between the foundation pit bottom and the tunnel top is just 9 meters.The key to the foundation pit project is the analysis and calculation of the effect on the deformation of the metro tunnels caused by the excavation of the foundation pit.A numerical model of the foundation pit project was established.The model simulated the practical construction process and then dynamically analyzed the effect of excavation on the deformation of the metro tunnels. Besides the deformation of the metro tunnels under reinforcement with different levels and construction steps was analyzed. The result shows that the suitable modulus for the metro tunnels is 30 MPa.The optimal time for reinforcement is constructing the first brace,during which the displacement of the metro tunnels is minimum.
