摘要 都会区的工程常紧邻邻产进行深开挖,为了避免损邻,常须设置必要的邻产保护设施。介绍了台湾地区深开挖工程常用的邻产保护工法及其机制,包括地盘改良工法、地中壁工法、扶壁工法、挡土支撑结构增强工法及微型桩工法。根据研究,开挖区内地盘改良的效果较开挖区外佳;地中壁工法若能确实清除淤泥,可有效的抑制连续壁变位;扶壁与连续壁一体成型并贯入硬土层,可有效减少连续壁的位移;挡土系统之劲度较小时,提高劲度亦可减少地盘位移。微型桩工法虽亦常用于邻产保护,由于缺乏有系统的研究,是否能有效的减少地盘沈陷的效用,争议极高。 Deep excavations are often executed near the buildings in urban areas.For protecting the adjacent buildings,it is necessary to allocate the auxiliary measures.The auxiliary measures commonly used in Taiwan and their mechanism and analysis methods,including ground improvement,cross walls,buttress walls,strengthening of the retaining system and micro piles,were presented.According to the study,the ground improvement in the excavation zone had better effect in reducing wall deflection than that outside the excavation zone.Use of the cross walls could effectively reduce the wall deflection if the slime between the main diaphragm walls and the cross walls could be removed.The buttress walls forming integral unit with the main diaphragm walls and penetrating into the bearing stratum also reduced the lateral wall deflection.Strengthening the strut-retaining system could diminish the wall deflection just to a certain extent.The micro piles,though often applied in deep excavations,were not justified as a good auxiliary measure in mitigating the wall deflection during the deep excavations.
