摘要
高喷插芯组合桩是在高压旋喷水泥土中插入预应力混凝土桩作为芯桩而形成的一种新型组合桩。介绍了高喷插芯组合桩的技术原理、加固机理、施工工艺及其设计与质量检测方法,并通过工程实例验证该技术的合理性和优越性。该桩型承载力高,施工速度快,工程造价低等,可广泛应用于建筑工程、工业厂房、市政工程、高等级公路以及港口码头等软基加固中,也可用于基坑和边坡支护中,具有广阔的应用前景。
JG(Jet Grouting) soil-cement-pile strengthened pile technology is a new ground improvement technology.It composes of pretension concrete piles that are inserted right after the completion of JG piles.The technical principle,the soil improvement mechanism,the construction equipment and technology and the design and detection method were introduced. The rationality and advantage of the technology were tested by some case studies.It is concluded that the new style piles overcome the shortage of traditional ones and are of high bearing capacity,quick construction and low cost.They can be widely used in soil improvement of building engineering,industrial factory buildings,municipal works,highway engineering and harbor engineering,and they can also be used for supporting of foundation pits and slopes.
