金隅科技中心深基坑桩锚体系的工程实践

摘要 通过北京金隅科技中心深基坑支护采用桩锚支护体系的工程实践,介绍了该工程设计、施工的要点及基坑开挖监测情况。针对本工程东侧既有地下支护结构体系的制约,从施工工艺选择、现场实施效果方面重点分析了护坡桩和锚杆施工遇到障碍物情况下的处理措施,综合评价了在存在预应力复合土钉墙土体中各种护坡桩施工工艺的优劣,对锚杆施工穿越φ800护坡桩的工艺及效果进行了说明。根据锚杆实施的工艺特点和本工程的具体地质条件,从锚杆定位、成孔的角度控制及遇到砂层的调整措施等环节归纳和总结了施工中经常遇到的问题和应对办法。对类似工程具有很好的借鉴意义。 Through the application of the anchor-pile retaining structures to the deep foundation pit of Jinyu Technology Center, the main points of design and construction,excavation and monitoring were introduced.Based on choices of construction technologies and their effects,the difficulties and corresponding solutions were emphatically analyzed during the construction of slope protection piles and bolts under the condition of the existing retaining structures at the east side.The merits and defects of pile construction technologies were evaluated,the craft and results of bolts were illustrated when the bolts went through theΦ800 slope protection piles.In accordance with the speciality of bolt construction and specific soil conditions of the project, general questions and methods were summarized in bolt location,angle of boring and drilling in sand layers.It may provide good reference to similar projects.
