摘要
泰州大桥中塔采用水中沉井作为基础结构,该沉井高度达76m,分钢沉井和混凝土沉井上下两部分,高度分别为38m,规模属国内第一、世界罕见,其施工难度和施工风险大。根据泰州大桥中塔沉井基础施工情况,重点阐述沉井浮运、定位着床等深水巨型沉井施工技术。研究该深水超深巨型沉井施工技术具有很大的意义,不仅介绍了其关键技术,同时,也为将来类似工程提供了借鉴。
The caissons in water are used in the middle tower for Taizhou Bridge as the foundation.The height is 76 m, including the steel part and the concrete one 38 m in height,respectively.The caisson is the largest in China and even rare in the world.It's a challenge to construct such a huge caisson in Yangtze River considering the construction conditions.First,the construction condition of the caisson was presented.Then the key technologies involved including floating,positioning, installing to the river bed and so on were introduced and discussed.The construction technologies applied and developed in this project could provide an example for the construction of similar or even larger caissons in the future.
