摘要
研究子弹侵彻炮弹药筒及发射药的高速穿甲问题及其热变化。利用有限元方法进行数值模拟,计算两种不同药筒情况下的结构及温度变化。观察整个穿甲侵彻过程,绘制应力、应力变化率、应变、应变率、温度等常规参数及可能引燃或引爆发射药的相应参数的变化云图及时间历程曲线,为发射药安全性分析和设计提供参考意见及一些有价值的数据。
The process of high-speed bullet penetration and the thermal change in it is researched in this paper with finite element method(FEM).Two different conditions are considered and compared here.The whole penetration process is simulated,and the stress,stress rate,strain,strain rate,and temperature which could ignite the propellant are discussed.It is useful for the security analysis and optimal design of the propellant.
