α-硫辛酸联合甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的评价α-硫辛酸联合甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效及安全性。方法选择67例2型糖尿病合并糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)患者,随机分成两组。对照组静脉注射甲钴胺500μg加入10mL生理盐水,每日1次,治疗组在对照组基础上每日静脉滴注α-硫辛酸300mg加入生理盐水中,连续3周观察疗效。结果症状改善率两组比较治疗优于对照组,P<0.05。神经传导速度(MCV)改善率两组比较,P<0.05。结论α-硫辛酸联合甲钴胺可以明显提高DPN患者MCV,改善症状。疗效优于单独使用甲钴胺。临床值得推广。
