杉木粉及其浸出液对棕囊藻生长的影响

摘要 棕囊藻是海洋产生赤潮的主要藻类之一。研究杉木粉及其浸出液对棕囊藻生长的影响。结果显示,杉木粉及其浸出液均对棕囊藻的生长有一定抑制作用。在30 mL初始密度为82×104个/mL的藻液中,杉木粉用量为0.05 g时,培养至第3d抑制率达到68%。杉木粉浸出液对棕囊藻的最大抑制率出现在第3d,为80.5%;经121℃高温处理20 min后的浸出液对棕囊藻生长仍有影响,最大抑制率出现在第2d,达到50%。表明杉木粉及其浸出液具有控制赤潮生物棕囊藻的潜在价值。 This study was undertaken to evaluate the inhibitory effect of Chinese fir wood meals and the extracts to the growth of Phaeocystis Lagerheim.The results showed that the inhibitory rate of 0.05 g fir wood meals(added to 30 mL algal culture)on Phaeocystis Lagerheim reached 68% in 3 days when the cell density was 82×104 cell/mL.The inhibitory rate of the extracts to Phaeocystis Lagerheim was above 80.5% in 3 days.And the inhibitory effect was a little reduced after extract from fresh tissue was autoclaved for 20 minutes at 121℃.These results showed that the fir wood meals and extracts effected the growth of Phaeocystis Lagerheim.It might be a potential candidate for HAB control.
