济钢中板厂Q460C板轧制工艺优化 被引量:1

摘要 随着市场对高强钢需求的不断增加,济钢中板厂针对Q460C高强度钢的生产特点,通过优化控制轧制+自然冷却的生产工艺,如再结晶区大变形轧制,低温区累计压下率控制等,以简单的工艺和较低的成本生产出6~35mm的Q460C钢板,性能合格率达到99.68%,各项性能指标完全满足用户要求。 Under the growth of requirements in high strength steel market,the Medium Plate plant of Jinan Steel aim at the production characteristic of Q460C high strength steel,by optimizing production process of control rolling and natural cooling, such as large deformation rolling in recrystallization region and controlled accumulative deformation ratio in low temperature region,output the Q460C plate of 6~35 mm thickness with simple technology and lower cost,qualified rate of function was reached 99.68%,all the performance indexes can be maintained to meet the application requirements of the consumer.
