摘要
采用微合金化技术生产的Ⅳ级钢筋,具有高强度、高韧性,易焊接等特点,其力学性能指标稳定,金相组织均匀、致密。在建筑工程上推广应用,同比Ⅲ级钢筋可减少钢筋用量16%～18%,具有良好的经济效益和社会效益。
The hot rolling bar of 500 MPa with application micro-alloying technology is the characteristics of high strength and toughness and is prone to jointing.Its mechanical performance are stable and its microstructure are even and fine.Its application in project can economize 16%~18%compared withⅢhot rolling bar,and is of benefit not only to the enterprise but the society in economy.
