摘要
对连铸坯轧制的无损探伤板不合格钢进行了取样,通过低倍、高倍、Z向刨开及电镜检验等手段进行分析。研究表明,钢板探伤不合的主要原因是中心偏析及组织中的夹杂物较多,同时存在中心疏松及微裂纹。就此提出了提高钢质纯净度、控制浇注温度和拉速等改进措施,以提高无损检测合格率。
The samples steel plates disqualified by ultrasonic were observed with the aim of scanning electron microscope and energy spectrum,checked by chopping,dissection in Z direction.The results indicated that the main causes of disqualification of steel plate were high central segregation,high inclusion content and tiny crack in slab.Measures of cleaning molten steel, controlling casting velocity and cast temperature were taken,and the percent of pass in ultrasonic inspection of plate was enhanced.
