摘要
结晶器非正弦振动时负滑脱时间减少,减小了拉坯阻力,增加保护渣的消耗量,改善铸坯与结晶器的润滑,提高了铸坯表面质量,减少漏钢,提高了铸机的作业率。探讨了结晶器非正弦振动的3种实现方式,即机械非圆齿轮机构、数控电动缸以及液压伺服振动系统。
The mould’s non-sinusoidal oscillation had several advantages,such as decreasing negative slide time,withdrawal resistance and breakout,increasing the consumption of flux slag,improving the lubrication between billet and mould,enhancing the surface quality of casting billet,and heightening the machine’s availability.The methods to actualizing the mould’s non-sinusoidal oscillation were discussed.Three methods were non-circular gear mechanism,NC electrical cylinder and electro-hydraulic servo system.
