摘要
目前烧结工序的节能和余热利用主要是围绕烧结机进行的相关技术,余热利用率不高。在冷却机区域余热利用方面,提出了烧结余热发电技术是烧结余热利用的最佳方式,并在余热发电技术基础上提出了烧结余热梯级利用的技术设想,即利用高温烟气余热发电,低温烟气循环利用增加热量利用率,过剩低压蒸汽螺杆发电同时回收软水,最大限度地实现不同品质能源的高效利用。
At present,the saving energy technique and utilization of waste heat technique are based on sintering machine;the efficiency of utilization of waste heat was low.In the cooling machine area,the generating electricity technique is put up as optimum measure of utilization the waste heat of sintering process,and the assume on gradualness utilization of sinter waste heat was put forward,that is,generating electricity by the waster heat of high temperature gas,recycling low temperature gas to increase heat utilization ratio and screw generation by surplus low press steam,at the same time,reclaiming the soft water, realizing high efficient utilization of different quality energy farthest.
