Jinan Steel Based on Web Services Technology in the Cold Rolling Logistics Management System

随着MES系统(生产执行系统)在济钢冷轧厂的成功上线,对于生产和物流环节的信息及时准确采集提出了更高的要求。相对于传统的手工收集数据,基于Web Services技术无线数据采集系统可以及时准确的采集信息数据,将此系统应用在天车作业、成品交接、仓库盘点中,提高了企业仓库的利用率,减少了企业的资金占用,保证了仓库对进货和库存以及发货等环节的精确控制,降低了管理费用。

With the MES system(Manufacturing Execution System)in Jinan Steel’s Cold Rolling Plant of the success of on-line,for production and logistics aspects of timely and accurate collection of information put forward higher requirements. Relative with the traditional manual data collection,based on Web Services technology for wireless data acquisition system can collect timely and accurate data,we applied this system and the crane operations,product transfer,storage inventory,the increased utilization of enterprise storage to reduce the occupied by the enterprise funds,and ensure the storage of stock and inventory,as well as shipping links,such as precise control,reducing management costs.
