摘要
高层建筑主楼、裙楼间的后浇带在地下水位较高的情况下,通常在主体施工完成,沉降基本结束,后浇带浇筑后,再停止降水,降水费用大,对相邻建、构筑物产生不良影响。通过工程实例,介绍了将基础底板后浇带下、侧壁后浇带外做专门防水设计,施工后在主楼及裙楼施工至自重大于地下水浮力时即提前停止降水,取得了节约降水费用和缩短降水周期的效果,降低了对周围建、构筑物的不良影响。
After-pouring strip between main building and attached buildings of high-rise building ceases dewatering after main building construction finished,sedimentation mostly finished and after-pouring strip is poured under the condition that underground water level is high,the dewatering cost is high,and unfavorable influence will be caused on adjacent building and structure.The paper introduced a special waterproof design for after-pouring strip of lower and side walls of foundation bottom plate by project example,the waterproof design can cease dewatering before construction of main building and assistant building makes their own weight be more than buoyant force of underground water,realized the effects of saving precipitation cost and shortening dewatering cycle,and reduced unfavorable influence on surrounding building and structure.
