建筑物墙体裂缝主要原因是由于墙体基础不均匀沉降造成的,其产生的具体原因多种多样。通过对泵房墙体裂缝的原因分析,提出合理的加固方案,并根据对不同部位裂缝开裂严重程度和原因,采用了防沉锚杆布置方式。防沉锚杆作为一种地基基础加固手段,其施工简单,且对环境影响较小。

The main reason for cracks in the building wall is the differential settlement of the foundation which reason is various.In the paper,a reasonable reinforcement is produced by analyzing the crack reason in the wall of the pumping station.At the same time,based on the severity and reason of the cracks on the different parts,a way of the layout of anti-settling bolt is used.As a means of strengthening of foundation for the base,the anti-settling bolt is widespread availability because of its simply constructed and less influence to environment.
