摘要
自2003年以来,济钢设计院虽然在济钢内部和国内外市场都取得了良好的业绩,但存在科室职能不明确,分配机制单一,主导产品开发力度不够等问题。今后应明确定位,逐步推行内部承包制,与重要设备供应商结成联盟等,以提高经营管理水平。
Since 2003 Jinan Jigang Design Institute has acquired some excellent performances in Jigang inner market,home market and abroad market,but some problems still exist,for example,the functions of departments are not clear,distributing mechanism is single and the exploitation force of knockout products is not enough.Some measures are put forward to improve marketing management level such as positioned clearly in the future,pushing inner contract system step by step and allied with key equipments supplier.
