花生种子萌发状态下胚蛋白质变化初步研究 被引量:2

摘要 为探寻花生种子萌发过程中胚蛋白质的表达规律和探索种子萌发机制,采用蛋白质双向电泳技术对花生种子萌发8 h后的胚蛋白质差异表达进行分析。结果表明,在萌发后花生胚蛋白质的2-DE图上检测到388个点,与未萌发种子胚蛋白质的2-DE图对比,发现有14个点表达较特异,其中7个蛋白点在萌发的花生胚中表达量下调、7个表达量上调(3个为新表达的蛋白点)。 To understand the difference of storage protein in germinating embryo of seeds of peanut(A rachis hypogaea L.), the changes of protein profile of embryo in germinating seeds were investigated by two-dimensional gel electrophoresis(2-DE) The results showed that there are 388 protein spots in germinating embryo.Compared to protein spots in un-germinating embryo, fourteen protein spots were found greatly difference,including seven down-regulated proteins and seven up-regulated proteins, among which three protein spots were identified as new expressed proteins in garmenting seeds.
