摘要 为探讨山东省弥河流域农用地健康状况,采用实地调查和实验分析相结合的方法进行了研究,用电感偶合等离子发射光谱仪(ICP-AES)分别测定了研究区所采集样点的土壤和冬小麦样品中重金属Cr、Cu、Ni、Zn、Mn和V含量,用数理统计法进行了分析。结果表明:弥河流域土壤中的重金属Cr、Cu、Ni和Zn含量符合国家土壤环境质量二级标准,成土母质是其主要影响因素;冬小麦籽粒中的重金属Cr、Cu和Zn含量符合国家粮食卫生标准,冬小麦茎叶中的Cu和Mn含量、籽粒中Zn含量与对应土壤中的重金属含量具有高度相关关系;冬小麦籽粒Ni含量与土壤pH有显著相关关系;冬小麦籽粒中Cu和Zn含量与土壤有机质含量存在显著相关关系。弥河流域土壤和冬小麦未受到重金属Cr、Cu、Ni、Zn、Mn和V污染,农用地是健康的。部分样点的Cr、Cu、Ni和Mn的含量已经高于该区的背景值,存在一定的健康风险。 Aimed to study the agricultural land health in Mihe basin of Shandong Province,the research has combined the methods of field survey and experiment analysis to measure the contents of heavy metals,such as Cr、Cu、Ni、Zn、 Mn and V in the soil and the winter wheat of the research areas by means of ICP-AES and made analyses by mathematical statistics.The results show that the contents of Cr、Cu、Ni and Zn in the soil of Mihe basin,which is mainly influenced by soil parent material,accord with the second standard of the state soil environment quality,and the contents of Cr、Cu and Zn in the seeds of winter wheat are not higher than the state food health standard.What’s more,there is an obvious correlation between the contents of Cu、Mn in the stems and the leaves of winter wheat,together with the contents of Zn in the seeds,and the corresponding contents of heavy metals in the soil,a remarkable correlation between the contents of Ni in the seeds and the pH of the soil,and also a great correlation between the contents of Cu and Zn in the seeds and the contents of organic matter in the soil.The conclusion reveals that the soil and the winter wheat in Mihe basin has not been polluted with heavy metals such as Cr、Cu、Ni、Zn、Mn and V,and the agricultural land is generally healthy.Whereas,the contents of Cr、Cu、Ni and Mn in some sampling places are higher than the background level and there exists some health risks.
