摘要
针对我国基本农田保护中存在的问题,结合我国基本国情,分析了基本农田保护的内涵和必要性,提出了基本农田信息化建设思路,即运用"3S"技术从基本农田数量、土地质量、生态环境质量上进行划定、保护及动态监测。结果显示在我国实行基本农田信息化建设从政策上和技术上都是可行的。
According to the problems in prime farmland protection and combined with the fundamental national condition of our country,the meaning and necessity of prime farmland protection was analyzed.And then it was brought forward the methodology of prime farmland information construction,which demarcate,protect and dynamic monitor the prime farmland in quantity,quality and environment condition based on 3S technology.The results showed that the information construction of prime farmland is feasible both in policy and technology.
