摘要
耕地综合生产能力是耕地资源的价值所在,其由理论产能、现实产能、自然产能组成。现实产能可称为近景能力,是目前水平下可以实现的耕地产能,可通过基于耕地质量评价结果的现实产能计算模型获取。自然产能是耕地的远景能力,是未来可能实现的耕地产能。该文以实际小区为例,在已求得耕地现实产能的基础上,采用修正法与指数产量化法求得耕地自然生产能力。比较两种方法的计算结果表明指数产量化法更具优势。本文最后还对两种耕地生产能力的空间分布规律进行了初步探讨。
The synthesis productivity is the value of cultivated land resources;it includes theoretical productivity,reality productivity and natural productivity.Reality productivity could be called close view ability,the attainable productivity under present produce level;it could be calculated by the reality productivity model which is based on the cultivated land quality appraisal result.Natural productivity could be called the prospective ability,which may be attainable in the future. This article takes the actual research area as an example,and on the basis of obtained cultivated land reality productivity, it uses the methods of revision and index transformation to determine the natural productivity.The results comparison shows that the method of index transformation is better.In the end,this article had a simple discussion on the space distributes regulation of the two kinds of cultivated land productivity.
