郑州市郊区农业土地的可持续性利用评价

Sustainable utilization evaluation of agricultural land in Zhengzhou suburb

该文结合郑州市郊区农业土地利用的实际情况,选取农业土地生产的安全稳定性、农业土地利用的生态合理性、经济可行性和社会可接受性四个评价因素构建了可持续利用评价指标体系,运用层次分析法对郑州市的2000、2004和土地优化配置的近期2010年以及远期2020年的土地资源可持续利用状况进行了评价,得出目前郑州市的农业土地可持续利用水平仍较低,因此需要寻求土地合理利用的对策。

Based on the actual situation of agricultural land use in Zhengzhou suburb,this paper selected four evaluation factors to establish the evaluation system of sustainable utilization such as safety and stability of agricultural land production,the ecological rationality,economical feasibility and social acceptability of agricultural land use.Sustainable utilization situation of the land resource in Zhengzhou suburb was evaluated with the method of AHP in 2000,2004,the land optimization disposition near future in 2010 and forward 2020.The result shows that the sustainable utilization level of agricultural land resource is low.So we need to find reasonable measures of land utilization.
