基于农用地分等成果的产能核算研究

Methods for productivity calculation based on agricultural land classification

农用地产能核算是农用地分等的深化与延续,农用地生产能力包括理论产能、可实现产能及实际产能三个层次。通过建立农用地分等单元标准粮理论单产和自然质量等指数的函数关系、标准粮可实现单产和利用等指数的函数关系分别核算分等单元的理论单产及可实现单产,以此为基础核算区域理论产能及可实现产能;农用地实际产能主要是依据核算区域内指定作物单位面积产量进行核算。结合农用地产能核算研究方法,选取河南省开封县进行了农用地产能核算实际案例研究。最后,该文对农用地产能核算的相关技术问题进行了讨论。

This article indicates that productivity calculation was based on agricultural land classification and the type of agricultural land productivity includes theoretical productivity,accessible productivity and actual productivity. According to build relationship between theoretical standard yield and the natural quality of agricultural land index,the calculation technique of theoretical productivity was set up.According to build relationship between accessible standard yield and the agricultural land use index,the calculation technique of accessible productivity was set up.Actual productivity can calculate through statistic yield.Using the techniques of productivity calculation,the theoretical productivity,accessible productivity and actual productivity of Kaifeng city were calculated respectively.At last,the technology problem on productivity calculation of agricultural land was studied in this article.
