氧含量对NiCr合金粉末涂层性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 对0.175%、0.067%、0.050%三种氧含量的NiCr合金粉末的涂层性能进行了研究,包括:涂层的结合强度、不连续性、物相以及最大氧化物直径和最大孔洞直径等对涂层使用性能产生重要影响的涂层指标。试验发现,随着O含量的降低,涂层的结合强度得到明显的提高,其不连续性、最大空洞以及氧化物分布等微观组织也得到了明显的改善。 The coating performance of NiCr alloy powder with three kinds of oxygen content including 0.175%,0.067%,0.050%respectively,are investigated.The coating performance contains bonding strength,discontinuity,phase and the maximum diameter of oxide and pore,which have important effect on the coating working.It is found that,with reducing of oxygen content,bonding strength of coating is improved remarkably,meanwhile,coating microstructure including discontinuity and the maximum diameter of oxide and pore is improved obviously.
