摘要
采用超音速等离子喷涂工艺制备了氧化铝涂层。利用扫描电镜和纳米测试仪研究了电弧功率及喷涂距离对氧化铝涂层的微观组织与性能的影响。试验结果表明:功率为60kW,喷涂距离为100mm时涂层的孔隙率最低,微观硬度和弹性模量最高;氧化铝涂层的微观硬度和弹性模量主要受涂层中的孔隙和微裂纹的影响,两者随电弧功率与喷涂距离的增大均呈现先增后减的相同趋势。
Al_2O_3 coatings were prepared by the supersonic plasma spraying system.The effect of arc power and spraying distance on Al_2O_3 coatings' microstructure and properties was characterized by SEM and Nano-indentation tester.The results indicate that Al_2O_3 coatings have the lowest porosity rate and the highest micro-hardness and elastic modulus with 60 kW arc power and 100 mm spraying distance.The micro-hardness and elastic modulus which are mainly affected by coatings' porosity and micro-cracks,increase firstly and decrease afterwards with the increase of arc power and spraying distance.
