摘要
中国是小麦生产和消费大国,小麦粉生产加工能力明显超出小麦的实际产量。当前面粉企业正加速向规模化方向发展。因此,中国面粉加工业提出,未来10年应大力发展面粉工业深加工、积极推广营养强化面粉的战略。由于强制强化是公认最具成效的方式,能够在短时间实现对全民的覆盖,对社会和经济都具有重要意义。全球已有58个国家实行面粉强制强化政策,但是在中国开展面粉强制强化工作,时机依旧尚未成熟。中国营养强化面粉进程还处于起步阶段,建议采用城市辐射农村的方式,从容易处着手推动的工作策略。
China is a big country of wheat production and consumption in the world.Chinese flour industry’s total production capacity has greatly exceeded the amount of the wheat production.The flour mills are accelerating to develop in scale at the present stage.Consequently,Chinese flour milling industry bring forward that the flour mills should energetically develop the strategy of advanced process and promoting the fortified flour in the next 10 years.Confessedly,Mandatory flour fortification is the most effective way to realize the universal coverage.58 countries have established mandatory regulation or law.But it is not time to adopt national mandatory flour fortification in China because Chinese flour fortification is only at the start.Now,China should do it from those easy works at first and from city to rural area.
