辅食营养补充品是应用于婴幼儿辅食家庭强化使用的营养素补充品,目前国内外尚未有此类产品标准。本文对此类产品在国内外的研究报道和应用的进展方面进行阐述,总结并描述其定义、分类、营养素配方、安全性等多方面的特性。

The complementary food supplements belong to nutrients supplements which use to fortify the complementary food at home level.This article reviewed the supplements on their study reports and applications in the recent years,and described their functions,definitions,technology,formulas and safety.These summarized information were used for the reference to establish national standard of the complementary food supplements in China.
