基于GIS的农产品安全溯源体系

GIS-based traceability system of agricultural product safety

农产品安全是维系人们生命和健康的重要因素,构建"从农田到餐桌"的农产品安全生产与溯源体系日益迫切。通过分析中国农产品安全生产的产地环境和加工流通环节的实际情况,应用GIS技术,结合产区地形地貌、农产品种植(养殖)等情况,对种植区域进行产地划分,采用以行政区划码和地块编码为主体的方式进行统一编码,给每个种植(养殖)地块一个唯一的身份编码,将其与农产品生产信息关联起来,实现产地信息的可视化表达。另外,结合农产品安全生产供应链,采用EAN/UCC条码技术,将农产品安全生产的生产、加工和流通环节的信息联系在一起,实现农产品的质量安全全程跟踪与回溯。本研究提出的农产品安全溯源体系通过企业的应用,有效可靠的实现了农产品的安全生产与追溯。

The safety of agricultural products is critical to maintain people’s life and health,so it is urgent to establish 'From Farm to Table'production safety and traceability systems of agricultural products.The reality of production places,processing and circulation link of safe agricultural production in China was analyzed.The GIS technology was adopted according to terrain,landform features,situation of agricultural products cultivation(breeding),etc.Besides,the coding technique of agricultural production places was discussed,and the way to combine regional code with farm parcels code was introduced.As a result,a unique code for each farm parcel was achieved and correlated with agricultural production information for visualization of production area information.In addition,with the fact of supply chain of safe agricultural products,EAN/UCC code technology was applied to integrate the agricultural products production,processing and circulation for realizing the tracking and traceability of agricultural products quality safety through the whole course.The traceability system was achieved effectively and reliably in a case study of enterprise.
