成都市城乡一体化信息服务体系发展水平差异分析

Analysis of the differences in development level of Chengdu’s urban and rural integrated information service system

信息化作为推动国民经济和社会发展的重要手段,在城乡一体化建设中必将发挥其重要作用。针对成都市区和区县城乡差异,利用面板数据模型,从信息化基础、信息化发展环境、信息技术应用三方面,对影响成都市城乡一体化信息服务体系发展水平差异的因素和影响程度进行了研究。结果显示,信息化基础设施是影响城乡一体化信息服务体系水平差异的主要因素,在信息化基础设施没有达到一定的规模水平时,信息化发展环境和信息化技术应用水平对城乡一体化信息服务体系的贡献不大。

Information technology as an important means to promote development of national economic and social,it will also play an important role in urban and rural integration construction.Based on the differences between urban and rural districts and counties of Chengdu,this paper,using panel data model,studied the difference of development levels and the degree of impact of Chengdu’s urban and rural integrated information service system from three areas of the information technology infrastructure,information-based development environment and the application of information technology.The results showed that information technology infrastructure is the main factor for the difference of development level of urban and rural integrated information service system,and if the information technology infrastructure has not reached a certain level of scale,the development level of the information-based development environment and the application of information technology has a little contribute to urban and rural integrated information service system.
