摘要
研究设计了一种基于Visual C++开发的五味子烘干控制系统。该系统采用锅炉加热,LTM-8663测控模块、LTM8871数字传感器、4路模拟量输出模块RemoDQA-8024等组成温湿度控制电路。系统通过串口与上位机通信,上位机可利用C++语言编制的监控软件对五味子进行分段分时进行烘烤。试验表明,较传统的烘干方法该系统具有自动化程度高,电脑数码控制、高效、节省人力物力等优点,是一种具有广泛应用前景的五味子烘干控制系统。
A drying control system for Schisandra chinensis was developed on the basis of Visual C++.The boiler heating,LTM-8663 measurement and control module,LTM8871 digital sensor,and four channel analog are output of RemoDQA-8024 were used to construct the temperature and humidity control circuit.The system communicates with the computer through the serial port.The Schisandra chinensis was baked in different parts and different periods under the system which was developed by C++through the computer.A lot of experiment shows that the system is more automatic than the typical methods.Besides,the system is controlled by the computer that is more precise than the mankind.More efficient and labor saving are the other advantage of the system.To conclude,the system will have a wide range of applications.
