畜产品质量安全控制及追溯技术研究进展

Research advances in quality safety control and traceability technology for animal products

随着社会的发展和生活水平的提高,人们对动物源性食品的质量安全问题越来越关注。畜产品可追溯系统作为质量安全管理的重要手段,目前已在国外广泛应用,中国在这方面的研究和应用尚处于探索阶段。论文介绍了畜产品可追溯系统的内涵及国内外发展现状,对目前畜产品可追溯技术的国内外研究进展及应用情况进行了分析,最后提出了信息技术应用于畜产品质量安全控制的发展趋势。

With the improvement of social development and living standard,much attention is given to the quality safety of animal products.Traceability system for animal products was recognized to be an effective measure for food safety control system and was widely used overseas.However,China is still at the exploration stage for the domain.The meaning and development of traceability system for animal products were introduced.The research progress and application status on traceability technology was analyzed.The tendency of information technology in safe control of livestock products quality was proposed in the end.
