摘要
针对生活垃圾所产生的环境危害,及其处理过程中存在的二次污染,结合我国城镇发展过程中生活垃圾处理方面存在的问题,提出了灾区震后重建城镇生活垃圾综合处理的无害化对策。
Aimed at the environmental damage of municipal solid waste and secondary pollution during treating,combined with concrete issues of municipal solid waste treatment during developing cities and towns in China,the harmless countermeasures of comprehensive treatment of municipal solid waste were provided during rebuilding cities and towns in disaster areas after earthquake.
