摘要
通过建立纳氏试剂比色法测定水中氨氮含量不确定度的数学模型,按照分析方法步骤,分别对配制标准使用液、取样过程、样品测量重复性、绘制校准曲线以及测量仪器引入的不确定度分量进行了详细的分析和计算,得出测量扩展不确定度结果。
It has been analyzed in detail that the uncertainties of standard solution,sampling process,repeatability of sample measurement,the calibrated curve and the use of measuring devices,in accordance with the necessary steps,as well as using the model of determining NH_3-N in water by colormetry with Napier reagent.finally the uncertainty of measurement extension was obtained.
