摘要
为了实现山东省林业由传统林业向现代林业转变的发展目标,解决山东省林业生态工程建设中的一些问题,该文根据山东省林业生态工程建设的现状,通过对数字山东林业生态工程建设探索和研究,确定了基于地理信息系统、遥感、全球定位系统和知识发现等广义3S技术的数字山东林业生态工程建设研究内容、技术路线和研究方法,并对基于3S技术的山东省森林基础信息获取、山东省森林与湿地资源价值估算、实现生态大省目标的造林投入与产出效果分析、山东省造林知识挖掘与发现和山东省林业生态工程规划等数字山东林业生态工程建设的5个主要研究内容进行了分析,为数字山东林业生态工程建设奠定了理论基础、技术基础和方法基础。
To realize the transition of forestry from a traditional strategy to a modern one in Shandong Province,east China,the authors explored the way of constructing forestry ecological project of Shandong Province in view of the present situation.Based on the generalized 3S-technology(GIS,RS,GPS) and knowledge discovery,the paper discussed the research content,technical routine and research methods of constructing the digital forestry ecological project in Shandong.The research mainly involves five aspects:acquisition of forestry basic information based on 3S-technology,estimation of values of forests and wetland resources,input and output analysis of effective reforestation to achieve an ecologically prominent province,afforestation knowledge discovery and eco-forestry project planning.The study will play essential roles in theoretical foundation, technical and method basis for the construction of digital forestry ecological project in Shandong.
