摘要
具有劳动能力的残疾人在寻找工作的过程中付出了超乎寻常的艰辛努力,但是他们却往往是人力资源开发与管理中被忽视的成分。他们就业的效率与质量的状况不仅关乎整个社会经济、政治和文化的发展,而且直接影响着残疾人事业的正常发展和和谐社会的构建。企业作为用工主体有相应社会责任与社会义务在政府的指导下建立配套帮扶措施,善待残疾人,积极吸纳他们就业。
Disabled with labor ability are always ignored in the process of development and management in human resource,although they always work hard to be eager for a job.The efficiency and quality of employment to disabled not only relates to the entire socio-economic,political and cultural development,but also directly affect their normal development and the building of harmonious society,Enterprises as the main employers have social responsibilities and social obligations to establish helpful mechanism under the guidance of the government,and should take measures to treat disabled kindly and absorb them as employees.
